PB STEPS Event Registration Privacy Policy

The Permian Basin Service, Transmission, Exploration and Production Safety Network (PB STEPS) respects the privacy of individuals who register for or participate in PB STEPS meetings, events, and activities.

When you register for a PB STEPS event through LinkedIn, Eventbrite, or another registration platform, PB STEPS may receive information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, company, job title, and other information associated with your event registration.

How We Use Your Information

PB STEPS may use registration information to:

  • Communicate event details, updates, changes, or cancellations.

  • Provide information relevant to PB STEPS meetings and activities.

  • Understand attendance and participation in PB STEPS events.
