We are a group of HSE professionals in the oil & gas industry who meet to network, learn and promote a unified culture of safety. The goal of this organization is to promote health, safety, and environmental improvement in the Permian Basin, and to foster a work environment that relies upon open communication and trust.

 

Throughout the year, the Permian Basin STEPS "STOP the Hurt Campaign " is a mission that promotes Stop Work Authority in the Oil and Gas Industry. Stopping jobs that could result in injury and possibly the loss of life is a must to every Oil and Gas Industry employer. PBSTEPS, by contributing monetary awards to employees of these employers for stopping work that could injure or cause death; will raise awareness and promote Stop Work Authority.
